Victorian Sykes Black Powder Flask, Sykes of Sheffield circa 1840 - 1860 shot flask.
An English 19TH CENTURY LEATHER BLACK POWDER SHOT POUCH FLASK, with a Patented Sykes brass trip lever top/spout. It has a fully functional charger. The brass dispenser is stamped with "Sykes" has a 1 1/2 and 1 1/4 oz. graduation. The brass is in superb condition. Lanyard loop at bottom.
This piece is in excellent condition overall. The leather is a beautiful tobacco color and has a natural aged patina with very few blemishes. The brass lever is in perfect working order. This flask is all original, and fully functioning.
This authentic antique piece is a wonderful relic from the past! This collectable piece has been in a private collection for over 50 years.
