A great naturally shed English Fallow Deer antler. Fallow Deer are the only deer with pommeled antlers (like a moose).
These shed antlers were collected personally by me and we have a nice supply of them. They are hard to find
and these are in pristine condition. They were collected within moments of the deer shedding the antler. No animals
are harmed in any way in the collecting of these beautiful specimens.
Fallow deer are actually mentioned in the Bible.
No two antlers are exactly alike.
Fallow deer are one of the prettiest deer in Europe. Even mature Fallow deer look like young fawns, with dark chestnut coats covered in white spots. The bucks carry beautiful, impressive, palmate flattened antlers. They can be found in deer parks and preserves throughout the deciduous woodlands of Europe and Britain.
Wonderful on a table top or on a mantle. Has lovely natural coloring.
